We did rocking body as part of soccer conditioning today. Who would have ever thought that workout would make us more sore than T25! Then we ran hallways and a lot of stairs! Followed by a ton of stretching and nutrition talk. I came home and fixed my bike tire and went for a short ride before mowing my yard and followed by a little T25 core cardio! Thank goodness I had yummy vegetable soup to finish off the day! I will sleep like a baby! Good night my friends!
