We face an enemy opposer or accuser of our faith who will soon rule over nothing other than the eternal death he deserves- one thing snakes dont like- fire and sulfur. That wicked one indeed is non other than Satan the devil himself! For sometime after we make our dedication to Jehovah God he tries to find ways to mislead us from sticking close to and serving the true God. Over the years hes tried many things on us but with reliance on and tender mercies from Jehovah God we overcome! All Satans attacks are thwarted by our continued dedication, loyalty, integrity and love for Jehovah! Personally to name some Satan has used against me were things like psychiatric wards, mental illness, hallucinations, the number 666 etc. When we face such things the comfort and help from Jehovah and the elders is great! Do not forsake them! But what if like Job you should ever feel alone with a mental illness, vulnerable? You are not alone. Satan wants you to think that that- it is a test! Do not give in!!! Turn to Jehovah in prayer and lay silently and wait on Him. Satan has tried to fault me with the number 666, provocative images on tv while I was hallucinating, fearful sights, sounds- but have no fear. He has tempted to mess with my mind knowing I have ocd and such other problems, displaying 666 on my tv, phone while playing a racing game and word game, on the computer, when walking with friends after I took a break on a pole with the number in the middle, recently yesterday when I was fiddling with a tag on my box spring- I rip it off and the last digits were that number a day after I had a stressful time with comfort from my mother. But! all the while Jehovah was there! He does not leave us without protection, providing his holy angels. Jehovahs name is strong his name even has 7 letters. The number seven stands for completeness. When I pulled in the drive from service? He showed me 777 on the mile gauge on my car. When I had missed calls from a friend, the number of times called was 7. On and on it went like this through my trials and still does. Satans stupid tactics will not work because he is stupid and we are not because Jehovah is with us. So now and into paradise we should have no fear when Satan is let back out on the loose. Oppose the devil and he will flee from you. -James 4:7
