We get a lot of contractor traffic through our warehouse, most of whom are of questionable immigration status. The bosses all let them use the bathroom in the factory, our bathroom, that we are required to take turns cleaning each week. There hasnt been a problem really till this year, and it seems each week there is a new brown mark on the wall next to the toilet (i know the wall was in pristine condition because i repainted it over the winter). I have informed my plant manager as well as his boss (company president) at least twice a month for about the last 4 months (perhaps to see if we could limit who uses the br, or make the visitors to the bathroom check in and get a key, anything to get the shit stains to stop). First few times the actually chuckled about it, but have gotten increasingly mad about having it brought to attention. Today i noticed a ball of phlegm stuck to the wall, and having gotten fed up with this abuse from visitors i brought it up to the plant manager, his response: Pm:get a scraper and scrape it off.. Me:nah, i aint doin that, i already bave to scrub the toilet Pm:WELL IT CAN JUST STAY THERE FOREVER, IM TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT IT! Pm: Me:alrighty then Opinions, reactions, suggestions and comments all welcome, since i am at a loss on how to deal with this shit ( no pun intended )
