We got shifted room by MMRDA, after 5 years later we got 1st notice from MMRDA after than we arrange adv, then as per Stay order my adv challenge to this case in high court , case on progress but my choo adv for a short case to resolve taken a long day, we are planning to change adv beac we have all doc we are legal, my Advocate already taken maximum money, before 2 days later we got & other few people notice period, this time its our 2nd notice really dont understand while case in high court how they can send notice period, we same as informed to Advocate about this notice he said he will take stay order dont worry, and take another charge money for this, we give, beac notice period 48 hours, we said just go take Stay order but my adv choo, not did on that day when we got notice period, 1 day waste he said he will get tomorrow, next day we force adv then he moved running.... but 1st day already waste this is second day last as per notice & MMRDA office already was sealling another room, we just praying however stay order will got beac this is one only way to can stop to seal my home by MMRDA officer, but adv he unable to take Stay order, f@@k adv, then how we can, we cant fight with them (officer, Police with ladies constables) good way just did as per they said, officer said if you got Stay order then we can unreal your home, but we dont have beac my choo adv did nothing, then we empty home no home, dad are trying to do, it will resolve but when no idea, now with family including mom she unable to move, my both parents have diabetes & BP patients, you can see pic, just outside own home, no room, no help,....... Just nothing. May b its not good to share everything but this is for my past I will always remember. & those people who care....
