We had a chance to sail aboard the 1928 Oyster Schooner AJ Meerwald – and guess what we caught? Crab larvae, zooplankton, and LOTS of microplastic. Dipping a neuston net out into the Hudson, the crew gave us a fascinating – and sobering – insight into what’s in the water.
