We had a great time over in Westport. Thanks to Mayo County Council for having us back again this year and thanks to all who turned up and participated in the event. The weather almost held off until the end but another hour or so would have been nice :) We ran three competitions, Scooter, Under 16s Skate and Over 16s Skate. The results of the competions and prizes are as follows; Scooter - 1st Place: Finn Costello (Wallet), 2nd Place: Harry Stoley (T-shirt) and 3rd Place: Name Missing but the guy with the yellow hoodie might have been Francis Ellison but not sure :) (Skate Wax). Under 16s Skate - 1st Place: Owen Moore (Skateboard), 2nd Place: Tadhg Costelloe (Skateboard Wheels) and 3rd Place: Alex Farrell (T-shirt). Over 16s Skate - 1st Place: Eamon Harvey (Skateboard), 2nd Place: Devin Rocks A.K.A. John Finucane :) (Skateboard Wheels) and 3rd Place: Chris Whelan (T-shirt). Our buddies an SanAer.ie came along and ran an Under 16s and Over 16s game of S.K.A.T.E. The results of those competions are as follows; Under 16s S.K.A.T.E. - 1st Place: Tadhg Costelloe, 2nd Place: Owen Moore, 3rd Place: Josh Marks and 4th Place: James Foy. Over 16s S.K.A.T.E. - 1st Place: Eamon Harvey, 2nd Place: Jamie Keaveney, 3rd Place: John Finucane A.K.A. Devin Rocks :) and 4th Place: Sam Ellis. Various prizes supplied by SanAer plus a few SkateNutter Tees :) We hope everyone had a good time and enjoyed the event and hope to see you all again soon.
