We had a very pleasant morning up-country at the Surfing Goat Dairy in Kula, Maui. There we met many charming chèvre, had a chance to extract some future cheese from some of the accommodating she-goats, see some herding dogs in action, watch the cheese-making process and then sample a large array of products. Garden Fantasia and O Sole Mio caught our fancy but we decided to wait until we get home rather than try to stuff more in the suitcase or golf bag. 15 days in Hawaii is already 3 over the time when cabin fever starts to set in so looking forward to going home on Monday.
