We had no choice but to decide to let Buddy go this morning, Lab was not good and indicated his kidneys werent processing. He also was not eating enough and was dropping weight. We stayed with him while he went to sleep but left before they finished putting him down, I couldnt watch him die. He purred while I held him and told him what good buddy he was for past 13 years, its a shame such a beautiful morning has such a dark under toll. The house is quieter than usual. I think there is a small void absorbing the sound.
