We had party themes then! Back in the 80s, club events would cook up dress-up themes for the masses and people would actually oblige. So when I had a party at El Morocco that was hosted by scandal star of the moment Sukhreet Gabel, I blithely ordered everyone to wear zebra prints (for no particular reason), and they did! John Andrew Simone was there to capture the animalistic dazzle with his penetrating lens. See if you can spot Liz and Debbies ex, Eddie Fisher. (Should be easy, as hes one of the few not done up like a zebra.)
