We had two business men from Wisconsin stay with us last night. They fell in love with the village. They had no idea that all of this wonderful history was here. It was an adventure for them to explore the town. It turned out that they both played in a bluegrass band. Imagine that! One played a banjo and the other sang and played the harmonica. A few of the guys in town gathered on my back porch and had a wonderful jam session last evening. The night was beautiful and they enjoyed the jamming. The harmonica player took off on an old Jimmy Rogers tune called Waiting on the Train and did a fantastic job on it including the yodeling. That is one of the things that makes innkeeping so rewarding.
