We have a birdhouse hanging from a tree in our front yard. Today, I saw 2 small birds flitting around it, when they flew off I went to look and see if they might be moving in. Looking through the little entrance holes, I didnt see anything inside. When I went to slide the bottom clean out tray open, a snake fell right into my hand I was using to steady the little house so I could pull the tray. Yes, John Benoit, you would have laughed at the squeak I made. Of course dropping said snake super quick, he then landed on my toes. The dance was on then! I was expecting anything but a snake to fall out of that bird house. About 3 feet long, snake took off, and climbed right back up the tree that birdhouse is hanging in. I wont be walking under that tree for a while...
