We have a dilemma. Fisher Honey has stopped selling honey. Soon, southern wine and brewing will also have no honey. They had no honey prior to me telling them about Fisher. Im not sure what honey resources we have. So please keep an eye out. This makes getting honey more frustratingly difficult. With this time off, Ill be looking into working with our local apiarys to learn more about bee keeping. And, eventually putting some hives up on land that is bee friendly. It may take a while for me to produce my own honey so I can brew, but in the long run it may be the only way I can get honey at these prices. A hive is not cheap to start, but we wont have honey if we dont make an investment somewhere in the chain. Lets work together to see how we can improve our honey acquisitions please!
