We have a new guest at Funk Manor. His name is Pirate, or as I Sir Bentley prefer to call him, Prince Pirate. He arrived late this afternoon from the Mineral Wells, TX Animal Shelter via our foundations Express Royal Coach with Coachman and Mule Skinner Squire Willie driving a team of 4 up black stallions. Willie and his trusty steads wasted no time crossing the dusty dry and highly hazardous 112 mile stretch of North Texas in 103 deg heat arriving on schedule at the Mineral Wells Animal Shelter. After a brief chat the station master, Willie telegraphed his home office to advise them that Prince Pirate was safely on board and that they were headed back to Funk Manor. Shortly after 4pm, the coach pulled into the depot at Funk Manor and discharged its Passenger while Coachman Willie unhitched his steads and returned them to their royal barn for an extra bag of feed. Prince Pirate has since been settled into his temporary suite while his master suite is made ready.
