We have a one week stay at the The Ridge Resorts (Ridge Tahoe Resort) from Saturday, November 1st through Saturday, November 8th. We have reserved a 2-bdm, 2 bath condominium suite that sleeps 6 and are unable to make this trip and use these beautiful accommodations- just renovated in April of this year. Wed like to exchange this week with someone that has one week at the coast in a like rental that will sleep 4-6 (anytime this year - spring of next year). Or we will also consider selling this week for $1200. The cost to purchase the accommodations for the November week would be $1800.
