We have a unique opportunity for a LMFT or LMFTA to develop their own caseload within a very well-established Marital/Family Therapy Practice in Hickory, NC. The opportunity offers a hybrid of sorts -- the autonomy of a private practice, with the camaraderie and teamwork of a group. We are a systems-oriented and integrative collective of extraordinary, creative, empowered, passionate clinicians who have built our success on the principles of Integrity, Workability, and Being In-Service-To. We are almost totally fee-for-service, out of pocket, although we reserve room on our caseloads for discounts to clients with financial needs. Our theoretical orientations vary from Bowenian, Structural, Strategic, Possibility, Narrative, and Symbolic-Experiential. We are seeking a confident, self-starting Therapist with a track record of top notch work. Team-work is a must. Willingness to participate in marketing and networking is also required, to develop a caseload, although regular referrals tend to come in throughout the year from our well-established referral sources. This is a 1099 Contracting position with a great deal of potential for growth and income, including profit sharing and bonuses.
