We have an upcoming Train To Be Safe Academy Defensive Handgun 101 course upcoming. It is an 8+ hour class that is split over two days: Wednesday, May 14 and Sunday, May 18. This class is the successor to the NRA Basic Pistol class and is designed to teach students to use a handgun for defense of yourself and of those you care about. The prerequisite is the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting class or equivalent. You can also get an exemption from me to take the class by meeting with me to demonstrate your safe-gun-handling ability.
