We have been asked to post the following message: BABY MASSAGE CLASSES ARE COMING TO FRANKIE & FLO’S!! COURSES AND FREE TASTER SESSIONS! Would you like to be part of some fun, relaxing and hugely beneficial classes for you and your baby? We are offering 5 week courses, designed to introduce both you and your baby to the principles of baby massage, incorporating songs and rhymes in an easy to follow way. KEY BENEFITS OF BABY MASSAGE: - Improves relaxation, encouraging better sleep - Helps relieve the effects of colic, teething, wind and constipation - Stimulates all baby’s major systems: co-ordination, respiration, digestion, learning ability and language development - helps strengthen the bond between parent and baby…and is simply a lovely thing to do with your little baby! We will be doing free taster sessions at Frankie & Flo’s on Friday 16th Aug and Friday 23rd Aug. Courses will start on Friday 30th Aug (every Friday for 5 weeks), and on Monday 2nd Sept (every Monday for 5 weeks). 5 week course is £45 (which includes entry into Frankie & Flo’s Play Café).
