We have been waiting on the city of Cebu to decide if it was going - TopicsExpress

We have been waiting on the city of Cebu to decide if it was going to open evacuation centers for the homeless and there is still no decision made. The skies are getting darker and wind gusts are starting to pick up. The rains have not yet begun. We have decided to go ahead and open up the LP church for those wanting refuge from the weather that is sure to come. For those living behind cardboard boxes these wind gusts and the heavy rains can be scary. If we are the only center open I am afraid that we could easily be overwhelmed because our space is not large. We are going to trust that God will help us to provide for those he sends to us to shelter. We also are experiencing a medical emergency as one of our children is now at City hospital throwing up and unable to breathe. Alaric and Irish will be handling that emergency while the rest of us are at the center. Please keep us in your prayers. The storm is still about 10-12 hours out at best estimate.
