We have even more great news about Walt Adams. We have been able to take him off another med. He no longer needs the prilosec and may have to reduce the dosage on his metformin. This is so wonderful. He has gone from taking 9 meds a day to only 3 and is doing fantastic. His physical therapy is going great and is making amazing progress. He doesnt use his wheelchair anymore and within the next couple of months going to get him using a cane. Such a huge difference from just a few months ago. I will say it again, my husband is a miracle and a true gift from God. As I watch him with his grandchildren, it brings tears to my eyes seeing him so happy and content. He was so afraid he would live the rest of his days in a nursing home and now he is home with his family. As his family, we are so blessed to have him in our lives and as the matriarch of our family. He brings so much joy to us all. Everyday is a blessing and once again, our family is complete. As a wife, mother and grandmother, what more could I ask for. God has truly given us more than we deserve. This Thanksgiving certainly will have a special meaning.
