We have just agreed to receive 120 lots and houses throughout Chicago. A couple of years ago we started on veterans Post Traumatic Stress Gardens and community gardens where not for profits churches schools and neighbors beautify their vacant lots by producing delicious vegetables. Intergenerational planting and sowing to produce wholesome good food in food deserts is needed. Well weve now got over 50 partners on board and 120 lots. And can you believe this one I never put on paper. This was from God to us to our mouths to good ears. No formalities, no admin, no lawyers, just pure good intention and social impact is created. Now the lawyers and admin and etc can go through it all over winter and in the spring the largest project of veterans leading the development and food production of 100 community gardens, greenhouses, urban agriculture, and inter generational (elementary school children to grandmothers) will hopefully make a positive difference in our city of Chicago. Anti Violemce Awareness of healthy food, anti obesity, community and faith based initiatives, and our veterans leading these strategic teams! Michael Wallace great job sir!
