We have just encountered an unpleasant experience in the gym. As a reminder, and for the pleasure of all our gym users, mutual respect and basic courtesy are important while sharing limited space in TGN. A towel for hygiene, no banging of weights, clearing away & placing weights to their original positions, refraining from insulting are just some basic rules, in any gym. The staff of TGN reserve all rights to ask you to leave if you are not able to observe these simple rules. We seek your understanding - Tony and Teri
