We have just returned home after the scariest 4 days! Tue afternoon i took Evan to winch a&e because he had a nosebleed that wouldnt stop. he threw up blood all over the examination room and we were rushed to a special room where it all just went crazy! about 6 doctors rushed in, stripped him naked prodded and poked him and were talking about testing for a very scary L word! he was admitted and we were told he had ITP. his platelets count was 2 (should be 150) and he got worse... alot f*cking worse! the scariest few hours of my whole life! he was given a platelets and blood transfustion and is now hopefully on the road to recovery. Thank you for all who have sent us their best wishes, thoughts and prayers x and thank you Corinne James and Bill for looking after my girl, and thank you Keira for being such a brave little girl. its going to be a long 6 to 8 weeks of monitoring his bloods then i should be able to remove him from the bubble wrap!!! All who know Evan well know he is a danger mouse! how do you stop a boisterous boy from doing his thang!?
