“We have left everything to follow you! What then will we get?” Jesus answered, “No one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for me and the gospel will fail to receive a hundred times as much in this present age and in the age to come and will inherit eternal life.” (Mark 10:28-30) No matter what following Jesus costs us in this life, in the end we won’t see it as a sacrifice. Rather we will see it as a privilege and an honor.
