We have many Christmas traditions in my house, but one of my favorites is our annual trip to the Christmas ornament store. There, each person buys a new “special” ornament for the tree, which then serves as an annual reminder of that year’s festivities. Does it mean we now have a tree with a glittery hot dog on it (my husband’s choice last year)? Sure, but that’s part of the tradition’s charm. Today’s Crafty Christmas Gift – the “buttoned up” ornament – is based on that tradition. This colorful ball of buttons is really simple to make and the recipient will treasure it always.
