We have notice people – particularly guys – claim that it’s always a girl’s fault when she gets raped. A girl should dress and act appropriately in public. But how do we define the word appropriately? India has become a capital for rape epidemic today where an innocent girl becomes the victim every other day. In one of the recent shocking news that came today, a 24-year-old man has been charged for raping a mentally challenged girl in Mizoram, when she was on her way to the church (Source).
