We just had a car seat retiring ceremony!!! My baby girl will be 8 tomorrow!!! For those of you who dont know, I went through two years of infertility, two years of pleading and begging with God, two years of pain and loneliness to be a mommy! It was the darkest loneliest two years of my life. February 2006 I finally went to an alter and told God I was tired of carrying the load and that I needed his grace to endure. Little did I know miss Amber was already formed growing in my womb. We found out we were expecting in February 14, 2006 and at 36 weeks, she entered the world on September 22nd. The nurses said she had club foot when she was born. She also had very high jaundice and ended up spending 3 additional days in the hospital. She had it so high they were concerned with brain damage. My miracle today runs and plays soccer with NO club foot, she is an A student reading on a 3rd grade level in the 2nd grade!!!! God has truly blessed us and I am a better person today because of a miracle named Amber Nichole Blevins!!!!
