We just received a great review from a client that we did the design and build for a master bath for a customer whose mother suffers with ALS. Without anything further from me, Ill let you see what our customer had to say: From start to finish of the process this master bathroom remodel was efficient, smooth and stress free. Eugene DeVores design services, materials demonstration and his project teams involvement was excellent. The method of installation and materials used were top-notch. It was a positive experience from the beginning of the project to the end. The project manager that I had worked with was very helpful and addressed all of my concerns. He visited the site almost daily and the owner visited the site every week. We had some of the typical unexpected issues, but the entire project was still completed on time and to the dollar indicated on the proposal (no overage or surprises on additional costs). Eugene and his project team were extremely professional, responsible, and always ready to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. His crew/team was courteous and professional, and their attention to every minor detail really showed in the output and the craftsmanship of the work conducted. I would work with them again, and I could not be happier with the everything that they did. Five stars all around.
