We left our two cars to be sold by Jerry Swain in Devizes, who promised he would do his best for us and would pay the money into our bank account on sale of the cars. Both sold in the first week of September, but despite phone calls from Zambia, phone calls from Zimbabwe, and frequent calls and visits by Jamie, Jerry Swain refuses to pay us what he owes. He knows this money is due because he gave Jamie two post dated cheques, both of which bounced. We have since heard that we are not his first victims, that he previously pulled the same trick on someone who went to Australia Be warned – I’m publishing this to stop other people falling into the same trap we did. If we are paid, I will happily publish that he is honest after all, but at this stage all I can say is beware of this man . I also send you this.. from the internet
