We lived at the far end of Johnson on the corner. Loved the huge back yard and the dirt road in the valley that everybody had access to their lower backyard. Joe Hamilton lived next to us and 3 doors down was Jimmie Haywood and Charles C Haywood. On the opposite end of us was the huge Jones clan. Used to love riding our bikes up to the corner store across from Tudor Scientific Glass and also over to Dixie Youth Baseball Field. Does anyone remember the old crazy black man that had toys and teddy bears hanging by their necks in a tree out in front of his yard? The house was on the same road as Dixie Youth.
