We love this video that @christiesays created using Belladonna 2 ・・・ - Ive had a few people ask me how I make @meltcosmetics Belladonna 2 work. They were having issues with how matte the formula was. So I Made a quick video on how I apply this little baby! I hope you kittens enjoy! *purrr* Step 1. I like to blank out my lips with concealer or a primer. (I usually use MAC painterly but I ran out, so I used a concealer instead ) Step 2. I warm up Belladonna 2 on the back of my hand..I know, I know, This sounds so weird, but I swear it makes all the difference! Doing this step causes the lipstick to become creamier and will glide onto the lips easier. (You can do this step with any dry or hard lipstick. Or even a dry concealer stick! Yey to body heat!) Step 3. I apply the lipstick straight from the tube and layer it quite a bit. The more you layer the deeper the color becomes. If youre a pinky red kinda gal, add only one light layer and youre in business Step 4. I define my lips with a lip brush and perfect all the smudgy lines. And thats it!
