We need the help of any and all bully lovers who will step up and make a call to the governors staff. It doesnt matter where you live or what you do for a living, this is for any and all pet lovers to help bring attention to a major issue. In a one month period, two bullies were rushed to vet hospitals from the Hawaii Animal Quarantine Station. One spent two months in recovery, the other passed away. In each instance, the caretakers at the station neglected to respond to obvious signs of heat stroke and stood by while the animals went into shock, gasping horridly for that last breathe of air. This Thanksgiving is a State and Federal holiday, and the pets in that facility will more than likely be left to fend for themselves. Please call these numbers and ask them to make sure the pets at the facility are given the proper care. They received a hundred phone calls after the KITV4 interview, but it wasnt enough to convince them to make any changes.
