We need to learn to deal with depressions...everyone...this is a good introduction and Ive posted it before and it ishelpful, at least in part, but a bit too optimistic, I fear. Doing all the right things to treat depression can still be a disaster, even when treated its always a threat. And I do know what its talking about...been there, done that...We all Did know Robin Williams was bipolar, didnt we???
