The Senate Appropriations Committee held its full committee markup of the FY2015 Commerce, Justice, Science, and Related Agencies Appropriations bill, which provides $6 million for National CASA Association. During the markup, Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA) asked Chairwoman U.S. Senator Barbara A. Mikulski (D-MD) to work with her on increasing CASA funding before the bill goes to the senate floor during the week of June 16.
