Allan and I both love chocolate. Like most people, I was not aware of how healthy chocolate can be for you up until 3 years ago. Before then, I had been brain washed that chocolate is not good for you and would try only to have it in small amounts.(Not anymore !!!) After I went to a raw chocolate workshop, I was so inspired that I came home and said people need to know and understand that you can have healthy chocolate. As a chef and organic farmer by trade, Allan was very interested in where food comes from. After we got together, we settled in my home country of Denmark where he became an organic farmer and for 10 years we were part of the organic farming community in Denmark, then New Zealand and Australia. In 2010 we started this family business to combine our knowledge and experience to produce healthy nutritious food that is also delicious. We also wanted to take the environment into account. Our vision is to be able to go and source the raw ingredients ourselves from organic farming communities around the world and build links between Denmark and Australia.
