We provide a satellite internet service, that I must be honest, is slightly pricey, but is worth the money. If you have an adsl line that is always faulty or often stolen, or a 3g service that is just about none existent, or simply no service for the area you are in, then VOX telecom is for you. I make use of these services myself, using the 512kbps uncapped line. I have only been without my services once for about 15 minutes when there was a big storm and the unit reset. I have a pc, 2 phones as well as a laptop connected. So I know that this is a great system. How it works, we set up a satellite dish (similar to a dstv dish) which is connected to a router by your pc. This equipment is rented. We offer various packages, depending on your needs. I will tell you about the two basic and most common packages. All the prices are excluding vat. All the packages have a once off installation fee of R1250. as well as a once off connection fee of R150. All packages are rented at a monthly cost of R286.84 for the standard size dish and router. For some of the more remote areas, we need to use a bigger dish and router upon which the price can be given. 1) 512kbps line that is uncapped costs R570.18 2) 1mb line with 12gb per month costs R561.40 Please let me know if there is more that you need to know, or if you require a bigger package.
