We realize that we are a page dedicated to dogs but this story from The Huffington Post is too heartwarming not to share. A 12 week old baby who was abandoned in Obninsk, Russia has a homeless cat to thank for saving his life, after the nurturing feline curled around the boy and shielded him from below freezing temperatures last Saturday. Compassion and unconditional love from a companion animal saved the life of a baby.
