We received a phone call from a woman who saw a flyer of Billy in Seymour. She did not call with a tip but she did want to share a story which brought tears to my eyes. Billy drove an oil truck and was on a delivery in Waterbury, CT back in 2002 or 2003. He heard a loud banging noise in the womans home and a foul smell. Billy banged on the door and yelled to the woman if she was alright? She said he saved her life and wanted to share this story with me. This made me proud and think it was a few short years later his life was taken and body hidden.
