We received word that Sophia does have an obstruction in her kidney leading into her ureter that will require surgery to fix. It does not have to be now but WILL have to be done in the near future. Until the surgery she will be on antibiotics to cover for any infections. We have to stay one more night for one more test in the am and then should be released to go home. Not the news we wanted but does answer lots of questions about minor problems she has had in the past. She still remains pain free and in good spirits! There are two people that I know whose children have had the exact same thing. Its nice being able to talk to them. We are ready to be home!
