We shipped our vehicle from Baltimore the 9th of May to Germany with an expected arrival date of 21 June. We still have yet to receive our vehicle. We did call and apparently got very lucky that we actually got a person on the phone she was very apologetic and nice and let me know my vehicle was on the ship and the ship would arrive the 18th of July...so now Im just waiting for it to be trucked down here. It is absolutely ridiculous that my car is over a month late, it sat in Norfolk for over a month at the shipping yard.... I really hope this company loses its contract because this is absolutely unacceptable. the article in the military times is completely ignoring the issue and trying to soothe things over by claiming the issues are over.
