We still have not had the expected turn out that we wanted regarding the Thanksgiving Meal. We did; however, receive two additional donations so we now can provide 4 families with all the items for their Thanksgiving Meal. Please, Please, Please nominate a friend or relative for this meal- it will mean so much to them! IN CASE YOU HAVE NOT FOUND OUR NOMINATION FORM: Please send us information regarding the following: Nominators Name, Contact information and explain your relationship to the family. Nominee information: Family members names and ages, Name and age of the child(ren) with Autism, The county where the family resides, and the contact persons name. Then Descriptions of the following: Describe the familys need for the meal: How will winning the meal impact the family? How has the family shown acceptance of their child with Autism? What type of information do you think the family wants to learn about Autism or How has the family learned how to help their child. Does the family (or child) have any allergies or have specific diets we should be aware of?
