We strongly believe from the dept of our heart that we in BGIP would have never accepted to go to ICJ becuase Guatemala want as it is seen at present. That signature that the serpent of Godfrey Smith and Assad Shoman made around 2005 which was the framework agreement that tacitly compromised our sovereignty and slowly created the twist that bend us into a possible tri-lateral Independence if we vote YES in the ICJ referendum. This is how our sovereignty has been twisted, bent and deviated by these men in power. Blue bends and red twists. What we shall get by accepting that Guatemala has a claim to Belize and not to England.? That same act is eroding our dignity as a nation. Its accepting that we owe them something. If they in return would have accepted to to invest in Belize an economical package of a billion dollar in industries, BGIP would have accepted. IF BOTH VOTE YES BELIZE WILL HAVE TO WAIT 4-6 YEARS OF IMBALANCE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL TRADE RELATIONS. AFTER THAT WHATEVER DECISIONS COURT SAYS THAT GUATEMALA SHOULD GET CERTAIN PORTION. IT WILL TAKE 10 YEAR MORE for GUATEMALA AND BELIZE TO ACKNOWLEDGE PLAINLY THAT DECISION AND RESTART NORMAL INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS. BGIP IN THAT SPAN OF 15 YEARS, HAS CONNECTIONS TO INVEST THAT BILLION DOLLAR IN AGRO INDUSTRIES. WE SHOULD BE BETTER OFF WITH GREEN THAN WITH BLUES OR REDS RETROGRADE PLANS.
