We think our amazing customer service is what sets us apart from the rest - apparently our customers think so too! I am writing to acknowledge the service I have received recently from Small Business Authority and, in particular, Ms Leanne Doorey in relation to my business and domain registration requests. What was impressively unique of the service I received, apart from your staff displaying exceptional knowledge of your product and taking the time to explain the business registration process in a professional and supportive manner; was her willingness to guarantee customer satisfaction. In particular, I had limited knowledge regarding whether similar company and registration names needed to be duplicated and Leanne explained what ASIC would and wouldn’t approve every step of the way. She also explained the relevance of various registrations and their limitations which for a novice in this arena was most helpful. Leanne’s interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively is immensely refreshing. Leanne naturally brings integrity to your industry – qualities which can only positively benefit the Small Business Authority brand, particularly with various players competing for the consumer dollar. The method in which Leanne was able to mitigate my concerns and provide prompt solutions, is a gift I have rarely witnessed in other customer service personnel which is commendable. In essence, the service Leanne has exhibited was undoubtedly impressive, and as a result I felt compelled to highlight this, as people are all too often quick to complain but rarely take time to acknowledge positive customer service. As they say, feedback is the breakfast of champions so well done Small Business Authority!
