We travelled to Kitchener today to start the ISC Masters Tournament for guys 50+. Our first game was 5-inning game which we won 8-0 against Gushow Excavating, a team from Michigan. I was 2 for 2 with 2 singles. Second game was against Ingersoll Crush--Canadian team and we won 6-4. I was 1 for 2 with a double and a run scored. Russ Snow pitched the first game and threw really well. Ray Camacho started the second game with Peter Meredith coming in in relief to get the win. We were down 3-0 in the 3rd but got single runs in the 3rd, 4th, and 5th to tie. Pete drove in the go ahead run in the 6th after I had sacrificied the runners to second and third with a bunt. We are 2-0 in our pool and have 2 more games tomorrow at 10 am and 4 pm. Cool and windy weather...high of only 67 today with winds around 20 from the north. Felt like football weather!
