We vote thugs and idiots into government and then we have to watch what they do in silence. Fortunately this was on a video so it cannot be denied. One hopes that the policeman who intervened cannot be convinced (bribed) to forget the incident. One also aspires to have the thug (politician) apologize to the worker for his vengeful behavior. He should be sued for damage to the property. Maybe he may learn a lesson in controlling himself (Anger management).. The chap assaulted was merely an attendant and doing his duty. He has no control over the fees demanded, nor can he protest when someone decides to assault him for just doing his job. Consider well the person who you choose for a position of authority. You then grant them permission to mess up your life for the next 6 years or more until the next election comes in.
