We welcome Bosnia and Herzegovina joining the Open Government Partnership (OGP)! The Open Government Partnership is a unique collaboration between civil society and member governments. Its goal is to make governments better by making them more open. It works to secure concrete commitments from governments to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance. Since its launch in 2011, the OGP has grown from eight to 65 participating countries. In all of these countries, government and civil society are working together to develop and implement ambitious open government reforms to better meet the needs of citizens.
