We were just asked to help Clover, a senior stray beagle who had emergent health needs. The ER vet reported she is a very sweet, older gal with multiple issues. Most urgent is Clover is straining to urinate, but unable to do so, although her bladder is distended. The cause could be a severe infection that causes neurological issues with bladder tone, a tumor, or stones. Additionally, she has a mammary tumor, and a wound to her leg. Priority is bloodwork and xry, hoping to identify stones, which could be surgically corrected. She will then need to be lightly sedated so she can relieved of urine. We cannot imagine the discomfort she has been in, and are thankful she will be getting some relief, even if temporary. Can you help us raise the $223.50 to pay for her care?
