We will be cooking up a fun treat on Monday November 11, 2013. Residents remembe to sign up for this yummy recipe tasting! Mini Chicken & Stuffing Cups Preparation time – 15 minutes What You Need: • 2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey • 1 ½ cups uncooked Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoning Stuffing • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed • 1 can (10 ¾ ounces) Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce How to make it: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees – Place liners into 12 (2 ½ inch) muffin pan cups. 2. Stir chicken, stuffing, broccoli, soup & cheese in a bowl. Spoon about ½ cup chicken mixture into each muffin pan cup. 3. Bake for 25 minutes or until the chicken mixture is lightly browned. Top each with 2 teaspoons cranberry sauce.
