We will post the contest to get the last votes we can tonight and tomorrow. I have watched this contest today. I have spent a lot of time checking the situation out. Someone (and Im not saying its the other shelter) has set up a robo voting method, so now we are over 8,000 votes behind and counting. We are hoping its obvious enough to throw the votes out. There is no way they could have gotten over 30,000 votes in 24 hours and we didnt get that much all week. And they had not promoted the contest. Our community has been voting and sharing everywhere, even in the media. Anyone who has taken part in contests knows, there is an eb and flow of votes. you share and Facepoop only allows a small percentage of people to see you post, then only a small percentage of those will vote. So there is no way a page can share a post, then 3 days later they get 30,000 votes in 1 day. We are very disappointed since we spent a lot of time promoting this.
