Wednesday 10th December 2014: Its all too easy to sink into a poor- me mode of thinking, poor- me believing and poor- me behaving.... we all do it occasionally ..... but be warned .... anyone who fails to fight back, nor fights to rise above to overcome will find others become weary of constantly uplifting them ; and that eventually how you think becomes your long term reality. If there is a devil in this world it comes disguised as a defeatist attitude and creeps up upon people when the least expect it. Today rather than lay back and have sand kicked in your face ....count your blessings, focus upon your strengths and break old and bad habits.... Be determined not to let the negative way of living become your only way of living .... Seek help, seek support, help yourself... Fight back, rise up, smile, be happy, dance around the house ...find things to be grateful for.... and keep yourself busy. ...for the devil finds work for both idle hands and idle minds...Today write a list of things to do, things to be grateful for.... and change your routine...break bad habits... and regain the control of your right to happiness. Like prisoners they remain seemingly trapped in a hell- hole of depression, seedy atmosphere and misery...but what they cant see is just how loosely placed around them those chains are...for the are so slack that with just a little effort the chains that hinder them can be removed and they can walk away.
