Wednesday is do something kind for someone in honor of MARY CONROY: January 22nd will forever be marked as the most devastating day for our family. On this day in 2007 we lost our beautiful Mary Katherine after her fight with a brain tumor. Instead of focusing on the negative on this day we choose to remember the good. Mary was the kindest child one has ever met. In the hospital she was always the first to share toys with other children. She was always more concerned about others; she would rub our back when she saw we were upset and would always tell us its okay, Marys here. She did this with a smile on her face as she was going through some of the roughest times of her short life. She loved to give compliments to others to make them feel good! Her favorites were Nice hair cut mom! and I love your boots dad! Her smile and belly laugh was contagious. While Mary was sick an overwhelming amount of people were unbelievably kind to our family. Between making meals, taking care of our other children, gifts, well wishes, and prayers. We were and still are extremely lucky to have such amazing people by our side. This day is also a time to thank all those who help us on our journey. We would like to make January 22, 2014 a day full of kindness. We ask that our family and friends join us in this effort and that word spreads about this effort to people everywhere. Please feel free to share this event on your own page! We ask that everyone tries perform an act of kindness in honor of Mary. It could be as simple as holding a door open for someone, paying for the persons coffee behind you, delivering donuts or cookies to your fire-station, donating a little money to good cause, sending a card to a soldier, ANYTHING you can think of to be a little more KIND!
